Amino acids

Posted by tensor on November 6, 2006, at 6:23:35

A babbler over at the babble board said i should consider l-theanine to potentiate my antidpressants, which are nortriptyline, remeron and lamictal. I have not recovered from my depressive episode yet.
So now i wonder which of all amino acids are thought to help against depression? There's a lot of them.
Supps that i currently take is magnesium, b-vitamins, omega3 and folic acid. Also any specific vitamin or mineral that may help?

Thanks,
Mattias
