Sounds good to me, nature has been around billions of years, humans not so long :P We're getting better at designing drugs etc, but I feel we're still a long way off from the healing power of nature. Take everything in moderation and respect nature, don't take more than you need and I'm sure you will be enjoy the benefits of blueberries and bilberries :)
