Hey. Has anyone has success getting their breathing under control?
I'm convinced that bad breathing is behind alot of problems I have. But I haven't been able to get it under control. I've spent the last month doing regular breathing exercises - holding my breath as long as comfortable, then trying to take normal breaths, and, (at other times) trying to slow and lengthen my exhilation while tightening my belly around my tan tien and maintaining good posture.
I've also switched over to pure nasal breathing, keep my shoulders relaxed, and breathe from my abdomin.
I just can't seem to improve the amount of time I can hold my breath comfortably though. Any advice?
