A couple of days I had a bad turn and in desperation I asked people for some advise, thanks to you all who were so kind to answer to my posts. The really nice thing is that some of the post were really detailed and a lot of thought was put into them

PS I feeling a lot better now.. Ive got over the glutamine shock. Im still a little high strung but the end result is that ive meet this (for once) a good psychiatriast who really knows his stuff.. he seemed to really agree on how important fish oil, minerals, vitamins, exercise and breathing exercisesd were. He told me I will be on the drugs untill I learn to give my body what it needs. (please excuse poor spelling)
