Thanks for the replies...I always take it first thing in the morning....
Hmmm. Well, I'll just reduce the dose alittle. Maybe its not a direct effect of the herbs, but maybe because I'm happier, so am more sort of excited and perhaps thats whats causing it.
Oh well.
Apart from that, its pretty nice, although I think is probably more from the placebo effect that anything else!
