I've been getting some benefit in terms of mood from adding fish oil to my diet, but I suspect the insomnia is here to stay--I already have serious chronic sleep problems.
Anyone had success with upping the dose of DHA in comparison to EPA?
What about micro-dosing? Does one still get any mood and concentration benefit?
Any other solutions/antidotes/changes that would help with sleep in this situation...or in general?
