This is the wrong board I guess, but I think cannabis works well for that, at least as far as converting anger into fear.
If however you want your anger and irritablility to just go away, I dunno.
Vervain is OK for agitation, so that might help.
Skullcap is a good herbal sedative.
It's interesting that sedatives can make anger worse.
