MSM may induce fatigue in the beginning.
Many sites explain it as a detox reaction.
I am not sure if this is the correct explanation but the fatigue is usually transient and may last for up to four weeks. Actually the fatigue is considered a good thing since it is a sign that MSM will have a positive effect.A good thing with MSM is that it is considered very safe, in fact safer than salt. It can be tolerated at high doses.
High doses should preferably be administered in the morning and afternoon since MSM is stimulating when used regularly.
