Herbs I have found useful are
zizyphus
skullcap
vervain

I wonder if low dose phenytoin (less than 50mg/d?) might be useful, but I took it for stuff like this and I really don't know.

Vitamin C
Magnesium
Taurine
GABA
Niacinamide
