Two 750mg tablets at once should be fine. I have taken that much at once before, and it's worked beautifully in getting rid of acute anxious/agitated depression states. Basically, it busts away bipolar mixed states. Like you said, it lifts my depression temporarily.

Upon taking the GABA, I would notice the effects within an hour, they would last for a number of hours.

So, you're fine taking 1,500mg (two tablets) at the same time.

Just curious, I wonder what neurotransmitters GABA is supposed regulate.
