I don't know of any. That's not to say there aren't any of course.
There is some confusion about the appropriate dose of Jiaogulan. The following dosages have been recommended by various researchers:
- 160 mg per day
- 250 mg per day (product information for capsules standardized to contain 30% Gypenosides) – lower end of range
- 750 mg per day (product information for capsules standardized to contain 30% Gypenosides) – upper end of range
- 2,250 mg per dayJiaogulan is available from some internet-based suppliers in the form of:
- 250 mg capsules (12:1 concentration) standardized to contain 30% (75 mg) Gypenosides
- 375 mg tablets standardized to contain 10% Gypenosides
- 400 mg capsules
- tea bags
- powder standardized to contain 80% Gypenosides
