A family member is against ADs but wanted me to take Schizandra. I tried it. Very energizing but some weird things started happening. I never get upset outwardly but one day I got so frustrated I threw a glass and shattered it into a thousand pieces. That was so unlike me. Looking back--I can only attribute that to the schizandra. I am more nervous about taking some of the "natural" herbs than an AD.> > Larry,
