I've had colonics (see above discussion with Larry). Not just the irrigation thing. The details are so wonderful. Having done 1 series I get a cut rate on the next (not taken up yet). I think the aloe vera and bentonite and chlorophyll was helpful. One of the batches of aloe vera was stronger in the bitter stuff than the others.....anyway, when I was taking that stuff I went (as they say we should) after every meal, and felt so much lighter. Never had lymphatics (what are they? herbs? lymphatic drainage?).
