Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry you haven't been having much luck with the supplements. When I get to the stage of actually trying different ones out I will be sure to look you up!Thanks for your concern about the iron. I was actually dagnosed with anemia so I am hoping that my levels are OK. I actually had my physical last week and they drew blood to test for that among other things so I should find out soon if my iron levels are all right.
In the darker months I use a light box but I have actually thought about using it a bit year round as well...
