Skull cap (the herb not the religious headress)

has anyone tried this and had any good or bad results with it? I bought some today (capsules of 400mg which I should take 3 of a day according to the container) and have taken just 2 so far but somehow feel a bit more chilled and clear headed tonight. Probably just a placebo effect but one never knows!
Thoughts anyone?
