Hi John,
Just wanted to share that I found out long ago from a pharmacist that the maximum daily dose is 3600 mg, much more than the bottle says. I have taken that much in one day, and still got an good, almost better nights sleep. I was on some SSRI's to help me with depression that weren't working. Then I decided to try DLPA. I felt uplifting results within 24 hours.
