Hi. I was reading this thread and I'm curious about the magnesium and fish oil for ADD. I've taken Ritalin and Adderall without any luck, and so now I'm looking for alternative options.

How much magnesium do you take?

I'm probably going to start taking fish oil soon for other reasons, but I'm glad to hear it might help with ADD too. I'd be interested to hear more about your experiences with these alternative options.
