This is interesting. I have a strong intollerance to Folic Acid, yet I seem to fit the more 'anti-histolic'(sp?) level.(too little histamine in my body) When I take folic acid, I become very aggitated, angry, anxiety ridden, and just plain misserable. Mind you, many of the B vitamins do this to me. I have at times become suicidal on this formula. So, it's quite the opposite of what you are presenting...but it may just be I am a different example.
