I recently tried Picamilon several times while on Lamictal 200 mg/day and experienced nothing. I have a theory that Lamictal blocks or reduces the effects of some AD enhancers. I have just gone off lamictal as an experiment, so it seems a good time to give the picamilon another trial. I also have DMAE and Galantamine for trial -- not much effect while I was on the Lamictal.
1) should I expect an immediate effect from the picamilon or ??
2) any suggestions as to the other two supplements?
2) what doses should I take to really get a noticeable effect (I have picamilon 100 mg, DMAE 100 mg, galantamine 8mg)Tony
