from what teensy bit we know of aromatherapy the combo of 2 parts Lavender, 2 parts Lemon and 1 part Clary Sage has been very soothing background scent for some time now.

when too heavy on the Clary Sage eyes get stingy. when feeling congested or have sickie friends over we add Tea Tree to the blend above.
