Sorry for third consecutive post in this thread but I've realised I didn't look at tryptozen. This stuff is very similar to using a casein peptide Dolisos Seriane and Pro Calm it is the milk protein hydrolysate that was tested in studies.

So yeah it seems to be the right stuff. 150mg was the tested dosage and Tryptozen seems to be the only product that has more at 167mg, but I think lipids account for the extra amount quoted.
