Becker, very interesting idea, however it raises more questions than answers. By reducing blood serotonin how does this makes us feel better. Ive had a blood serotonin test and the results were extremely low . However I do suffer from depression and anxiety. Yet I have noticed that I feel better when by the sea. In fact the effect is so noticable that when feeling down I do make trips to the sea side to get a lift in mood.
