Hey Blueberry!

Thanks for the advice. Just as I thought - it is supposed to be 900mg a day. Although I don't understand then why the Kira box tells you to take just ONE pill a day -which would only be 300mg. So I'm abit confused.

I'm abit scared of overdoing it I guess.
