I bought some expensive LEF lactoferrin a year or so ago and thought it was excellent, especially for gut function. If I could afford it I'd take it all the time, but it was way too much. (They sold it as being iron depleted thus makeing it more effective). Supposed to calm you down too, has a lot of tryptophan in it maybe.
