5 htp and DiZzY!!!

i took 50 mg of 5 htp this a.m. (the second time i've ever taken it) and went on a walk...once i got home i felt like i could pass out or be sick - i ate cereal and my stomach feels fine now but i am really dizzy and feel like im on narcotics! whats up w. that??
