SJW and TMG

I've been having some positive results with St. John's Wort and TMG. My previous trials with SJW were very uneven, but maybe I was not taking enough. Now I'm taking it three times a day with TMG (500 mg) once in the morning. Depression has lifted, nothing dramatic but I'm enjoying music again and going out more. We'll see if it lasts, three weeks so far have been good. I'd be interested in anyone else's experiences.
