Hello Folks!
Well, I came across this supplement containing the following:
500mg DL-Phenylalanine, 500mg L-Tyrosine, 250mg Tri-methylglycine, 100mg Vitamin B5, 100mg L-5 Hydroxytryptophan, 40mg Niacin (vitamin B3)(nicotinamide, nicotinic acid), 20mg Vitamin B6, 100µg Folic acid, 10µg Vitamin B12
Does anybody thinks this is a good 'mood' formula?
Plus what does Tri-methylglycine do? I know about the actions of the others
I was thinking of trying it out, but it says not to be used with ADs. I'm on 4mg daily of reboxetine (an SNRI) and a tiny amount of celexa (2mg). Would it be safe for me to use perhaps?
Plus can you get too much noradrenaline in the sense of getting the equivalent of 'seratonin syndrome'?
Warm regards
Meri
