Hi Jed -

I really feel that fish oil has a big effect on dopamine for me, so it would not surprise me if both SamE and fish oil together synergize to boost it even higher. I once tried SamE and my anxiety went bananas - I was very productive though. I couldn't sleep though and my heart was pounding all night for some reason. And this was just trying SamE without fish oil. I also have a feeling that DHA has a bigger effect on dopamine than EPA - it seems to on me anyway, so maybe mixing a high/pure EPA fish oil would be better?
