I've tried various brands like you have and none have worked for me.
After reading these forums www.konakavafarm.com was suggested. I'm hoping to purchase some of their 84% capsules.
The difference between these capsules and the store bought ones is that the total amount in mg of kavalactones is much higher.

They also adopt the same approach with their 84% capsules, therefore I have no doubt that these capsules from konakavafarm are potent. If I buy these and they don't have an effect then I will probably just give up on kava. They do look promising though. I will just have to buy some and see.
