Females who use Flax and/or EPO - a question

Did I miss something in "Fighting Female Hormones Naturally 101"?

Am I not suppose to take this during, uh Aunt Flo's visit? Should I take a break for that week?

I ask because Aunt Flo is overstaying her alloted visit time. I have used EPO before and not noted this. This is my first experience with Flax Oil. What I'm using is a mix.

And I just LOVE telling everything about myself, but I really need someone who knows to give me some insight. Help?
