Hi buddhi
I took 1 or 2 caps /d. Deprenyl potentiated it nicely. When a friend tried it it lightened her sleep when she took 2/d, and she sleeps really well, maybe too well. So that might be a potential problem. Innovative shrinks are using it as an adjunct to treatment for depression.
