I combined Effexor with Tryptophan and lived to tell the tale.

Having said that be very careful, taking to much tryptophan with an SSRI could be fatal.

A lower dose of tryptophan will be more powerfull if your on an SSRI

A combination of Tryptophan and SSRI is sometimes used in the UK
