Yes. There seems to be a very fine line between adding enough energy to be alert and productive and going into overstimulation.

I'll try to learn about them and give them some thought.

I used to take it. It caused: good days, overstimulated days, and depressed days. It seeme to make me cycle up and down.

I'm working on it too. And not having enough success.
