I read that evening primrose oil might have some estrogenic properties and that women at high risk for breast cancer should avoid it, so until I learn more about it, I'd prefer to get extra GLA from some other source. I also want to stay away from borage oil due to some potential problems associated with that. That leaves black currant seed oil. If anyone here uses it, how is it working out for you? How much do you take?

Hi,

I've taken it. Actually I've taken all three of them and I haven't noticed any difference. But GLA is something I took because I thought it would be good for me. I'm sure it did do some good things but I haven't really been able to say that I see noticable results from it though.

LOOPS would probably be a better person to answer this one. She is more aware of how these things effect her.
