hey! The dosage used for suppressing TD varies from person to person. If you currently have a psychotic disorder, or a severe mood disorder (like bipolar I) that responds to a neuroleptic, the best course of action may be to first treat your disorder, and then see if your TD responds. If, for instance, you have mood-control at 300mgs, that should be the dose you use to see if it also controls your TD. If it doesn't, you could try slightly upping the dose (avoid going up too much; this can become a sort of "chemical straijacket"), adding traditional TD meds like Klonopin, or using a different neuroleptic.
