Last night I was flicking through the channels during "infomerical time" (2:00am-4:00am) and ran across this guy promoting his "Sea Vegg" capsules. Perhaps others here are more versed in the benefits of sea vegetables than me, but his whole theory was that increasing consumption of seaweed could do away with all sorts of modern degenerative diseaes. I'm just curious: Does anyone here eat sea vegetables and if so...has it affected your mood? Is anyone here aware of others who have benefitted from integrating sea veggies into their diet? Just curious.

Hey Chris...Tune your fm radio to a place on the dial where it is only white noise and adjust your equaliser to make it sound like a running river. set volume to suit. It REALLY helped me get over that problem. It gives your mind a focus(which your mind is seeking and so finds too many to let you sleep)on ONE soft sound and that mono focus is what leads to sleep. I have done this for years every night and it consistently works! Also...check out the back and forth between 'thorpe' and 'larry' that was going on late may in regard to this. Very interesting. It makes sense and has long been known the nutritional advantage of sea vegetation(brown algae / kelp). That guy(scott kennedy) is REAL good at talking and the sad part is that you would be paying unecessarily much for an otherwise good element you may add to your diet. That 'thorpe' then comes along in 'good cop bad cop' fashion to 'save us' from wasting money on sea vegg("as on t.v.")by introducing the supposedly better and unique advantages of 'limou' is maybe even the darker side of the picture...if what 'Larry' infers(through much consideration and far less emotionalism than thorpe injects)is true; that is: that plain old and way cheaper KELP appears to be just as good or even far higher in the main ingredient. As well as far far cheaper and easier to get.
If you have not already(you are not the first to ask about 'sea vegg)you would do well to read those posts. As for me...I think I will try plain old kelp and see if it helps. HAS to be better than a burger anyway! One note on the guy who responded and said that so many diseases are gone or less. Partially true...but so are we facing a growth in disease. Cancer to name one. Now that being fat is called a disease(oh brother!)so the FDA/pharmaceutical cos. can get involved in the control of and profit from that 'industry'too, they should stand to make a lot more money as our country is getting much fatter. Natural cures or 'helps' were real before t.v. and you know right off the bat that unless somebody figured out how to make air look like 'the only air you dare breathe!'...you won't see it on t.v. Check out all the hangers-on at google who are distributing 'sea vegg' dropping Scott Kennedy;s name and 'as seen on t.v.' to get their share of the 'money-crop'. T.V. is about profit and THAT is all. 'infomercial REALLY means: I'm-init-fo-mo' money. Maybe some will be better for taking sea vegg and rolling around on a big plastic ball, or????? Like I said...'better than a burger!'...or the couch. Just remember that t.v is 'To Violate' more than to 'to vindicate'. Wait a year and you will be able to find about any new physical conditioning sensation at the thrift stores. Apparently...plane Kelp is already here and cheaper too. $3.50 a pound by one of Larrys' reference. the only 'green' thing9as supplements go) I have been taking so far is alfalfa pills and they have helped me quite a bit. Just don't chew 'em up first(I do)and then try to kiss your girlfriend/or...they will NOT appreciate it!

best...
