Take magnesium 100-200mg at about 7:00,
then 500mg of taurine at about 9:00,
then a combination of slow release vitamin c and melatonin at bedtime.
Vitamin C increases endogenious endorphens as well as its synergistic effects with melatonin on cortisol reduction. This is my theory at least on its helpfullness in promoting sleep. Both vitamin C, and melatonin have antidopaminergic effects, which can help promote sleep.
