I had good results with 10 mg a day, unfortunately it poops out on me really quickly, maybe a week or 2 at the most. So I haven't taken any lately, it's not cheap and it seemed the money would be better spent trying other things. Maybe I'm not a good example, it seems that for a lot of people the effect is cumulative.
