Saw two tryptophans down there. Which one strikes you as the better choice (good price on both!)?
Also was intrigued by the Super Calm product.
Wonder if it might be worth a try?

If you can find an antioxidantanti-inflammatory mix at that price elsewhere.....the only down side is it's mixed with oat hulls, and I don't have a mesh sifter small enough to sift them out.
