Are you serious? That is antithetical to everything a therapeutic relationship should be! It's supposed to be contractural, with both parties equal, not one being authoritarian over the other. What you are dsecribing is what Thomas Szasz (http://www.szasz.com) has dedicated his life to eradicating.
I suggest you take your mental health into your hands posthaste. There is no reason you should suffer like this, and it is obvious that the doctors there do not wish to help you. Your well-being is YOURS, not anyone else's to parcel out as they see fit!
What worked for you in the past? How can we help you find some medications/treatments that ease your pain?
