What about deprenyl/selegeline, 2mg/day. Might help with energy. I think there's some problem taking lots of methionine, I forget.
The sublingual form of deprenyl looks interesting? Is it available in the usa or australia?
What about making sure you eat enough good quality protein?
I have a protein shake every day which helps alot
What do you think of NADH? Have you had a hormone profile done?
My energy levels have gone through the roof and my brainfog has vanished!
