I think iherb.com has, like, every brand supplement known to humankind. You should check there; I looked, and they have several brands of l-theanine.
I was recommended "Suntheanine" as the best brand by several people. It is on the iherb.com site.
On a down note, I have taken several bottles of Suntheanine in various doses, and, I'm sorry to say, it did not affect my anxiety in any noticeable way. I thought at first it was doing something, but, upon reflection, I think I was just imagining it. Probably no harm in trying the stuff though.
