not sure how the extract compares at all?
I don't really feel comfortable taking 100mg of green tea extract a day.(or 200mg if I take the caps twice a day as I'm supposed to.
Is that a relatively small amount of fluoride compared to what is in a glass of drinking water(which I can notice BTW)
I've managed to cut out water mostly by collecting my own usually.
