is St Johns Wort good for me? help please

I respond terribly to ssris, extreme irritability, racing mind, worse depression/anxiety etc. I've quit all of them.
Could I just be serotonin sensitive.
Will SJW work in the same way, and irritate me? Or does is it work different than reuptake?
i appreciate any advice
