I took it for a while because of the claims that it would help with energy. It didn't do that for me at all. I don't know if it had any effect on lowering my cortisol. After two-three months on it I started feeling sick so I stopped it and felt better. I tried the 7 keto dhea again a few months later and the same thing happened.
