There are no reasons I can think of *not* to try the combination. Take the tyrosine in the a.m., empty stomach, twenty minutes before any other food that contains protein. Best to start at a low dose (e.g. 500 mg) and increase as tolerated, or according to response. Periodic breaks from the supplement may keep it more effective (reduces adaptation/tolerance).
