I am so glad to see you can post on this site.I have lots of allergies as well. Have you ever heard of Activated Quercetin by Source Naturals? It's a non-citrus bioflavonoid....helps with allergies. I have used this when it gets bad.
I use blue green algea daily to control my allergies.About your dad, I am so sorry...
