Hi Jas,
Thanks for responding. That's intersting that you had the same apathy response to the tryptophan. I was hoping that wouldn't be the case but I guess it makes sense that you'd get that same result.

If the tryptophan isn't helping with sleep, then why are you still taking a 1 gram maintenance dose? Does it help at all with mood and anxiety at that low dose?
