I personally think the Effexor withdrawal is a bit over-hyped....
I tapered down myself and experienced the seratonin withdrawal (depression, adgitation) but I think that is normal when you are getting off any SSRI.
Yeh, I was thinking the same thing about avoiding the specific seratonin agents (L-tryptophan, 5HTP)..
What does everyone think of supplementing with SAM-E?
