< Picamilon is not a long-term soltuion. It tends to work for a while and then poop out. They say to take it for one month, then off for a month, and then back on for a month. Have you heard of Phenibut? I think that has the same poop-out issue though. I was wondering if it might work to take them on alternate months. >
I am not familiar with Phenibut but have seen some discussion of it on this site. I will check it out and see what experience others seem to have with it. I did not realize that Picamilon tends to poop out.
